Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Laser.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we invoice the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Carriage for all orders will be charged at £13.05 (Ex VAT) for Fed Ex Next Working Day Delivery. Next working day delivery excludes weekends. Excluded from standard delivery rates are all surrounding Islands and IV, KW, ZE and HS Postcodes. Should you wish to have goods delivered to these areas we will inform you of the carriage rate to your particular area before your item(s) are dispatched to ensure that the rate is acceptable. |  Delivery schedule
Orders placed before 1300 will be dispatched the same working day via Fed Ex Next Working Day Service, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 1300 will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched for Monday delivery, and orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. |  Back orders

You can cancel your contract at anytime up to 7 days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us to improve our service to customers in the future.
If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packed adequately to prevent any damage.
If you fail to return the goods we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioation we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
