Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Laser.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we invoice and charge the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Carriage for all orders under £200 will be charged at £10 for next working day delivery. Next working day delivery is free of charge on all orders over £200. Excluded from these rates are all surrounding Islands and IV, KW, ZE and HS Postcodes. Should you wish to have goods delivered to these areas we will inform you of the carriage rate to your particular area before your item(s) are dispatched to ensure that the rate is acceptable. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders placed before 1300 will be dispatched the same working day via 24 hour courier, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 1300 will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched for Monday delivery, and orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Carriage will be free for orders over the value of £200 (VAT Inclusive) and charged at £10 for orders under £200 (VAT Inclusive) for mainland UK. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will back order for you, and you will be informed of the lead time on your item. You will always have the option to cancel if you would rather not wait. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |
